Inspired by Swedish history and nature, Göran Wärff has created a collection of tableware named in honor of Carl von Linné (Linnaeus), father of modern taxonomy, the comprehensive system for classifying plants and animals. With their gently rounded stems and bases and open bowls, The Linné Collection evokes plant forms and the design language of Linnaeus’ own age—an artistic flourish that takes us back in time, reliving the 265-year history of our company and of the great scientist himself.
